In 2009, feeling the need of our market for branded but not overpriced lighting products,
we started FOS Technologies.

In order to proceed fast, avoid any mistakes, track your order, and keep an archive of your orders and your invoices, please prefer to make your order through our online B2B website www.fos-lighting.eu.
You can create your personal business account here.

Our team will evaluate your request and will activate your business account within 24 hours.
Fos Technologies keeps the right to refuse the account activation to non-professional customers.
After your activation, you will have access to very sensitive information like product availability in our warehouses, wholesale prices, and expected products. This information must be kept in private and sharing it is prohibited.

Fos Technologies reserves all its rights.

All the information on www.fos-lighting.eu can change without notice.
Stock availability is an indication and not binding information.
Our prices do not include VAT.
After you place your order you receive an automated order confirmation,
which means that we receive your request and it proceeds immediately.
When your order will be packed, you will receive a proforma invoice.
Our Proformas are valid for 5 days.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice and all the tracking details.
 
Delivery.

All our prices to www.fos-lighting.eu do not include shipping costs.
The orders can be picked up from our warehouse or we can organize the transportation.
FOS Technologies cooperates with the biggest freight forwarders like TNT and DHL.
We can offer you the best prices and the best service.

Freight & Handling Costs

Fos Technologies doesn’t have any liability for any delays or damages that have been caused by Freight companies.
The goods travel at customer risk.
Always you can ask for express shipment or additional insurance for your order.
Our standard delivery is Economy Express and the shipments are uninsured.
For any order, you will receive a tracking number so you will have a clear view
of shipment progress.

Warranty.

All our products come with a manufacturer's full warranty (24 months).
The warranty for consumables like lamps, LED light sources, laser diodes, valves, batteries, etc is 90 days.
All the defective devices need to be delivered to our service department at Omikron Pro Lighting LTD.

FOS Technologies will collect the defective products and return them free of charge**, 90 days from the invoice date. For the period exceeding 90 days, the customer is being charged with the shipping costs. Please note that in case no issue is detected, the total amount of shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Third-party product damages that are connected to our devices are not covered.

**The pickup and return process, is available only for the countries within the European union. 

Returns.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product without stating any reason within 14 days from the arrival date at the customer's premises. The returned product should be sent.

The return of the product can be made under the following conditions:

- the device/s comes with an original and undamaged packing.
- there are no signs of using 
- there are no additional damages or technical malfunctions besides those that are the reason for the complaint.

The transport costs for the returned products, are paid by the customer.
All the returns need to be delivered to our service department at Omikron Pro Lighting LTD.

Demo products.

There is a possibility to request demo products from us, to try them out,  
but you have to pay the value of the products as a deposit.
When we receive back the products, we will credit you the full amount.

The transport cost is paid by the customer in that case.

The demo products must be returned 10 days after the receipt of the delivery.

FOS is not trading empty flight cases, cases can be sold only together with our lighting equipment.
